I was tasked with improving both the visual design and the usability of the telematics section of a 911 call center operator's interface.  In such a high-paced critical job time is everything, and they need to quickly see as much relevant information as possible.

I removed all unnecessary information as they are displayed on the main incident screen, and then prioritized the indicator that shows if a serious injury is likely.  

For the automobile graphic, multiple items are competing for limited space so I changed from a top-down view to a 3/4 view that allows more icons to be simultaneously shown, while also improving the ability to see the exact location in the automobile. Icons were greatly simplified to clearly show exactly the situation inside the automobile.
